If it hurts, it could mean that the child birth is getting closer but it cannot be certainly known when the baby will be born. Pain in the Miss-V area can be prolonged. The affected area includes the Miss-V and bones in the groin.

Basically, when the pregnancy is getting bigger, the suspension ligament of the uterus into the abdominal wall is increasingly pulled out so it causes sore or pain.

In addition, enlargement of the uterus also presses the bladder and potentially cause the urine retained longer in the bladder. As a result, Mommy often wants to urinate and experience pain. As the fetus grows, the movement is also getting stronger, and this often makes the Mommy feel pain.

The pain is often caused by excessive activity, but too passive activity can also cause pain in Miss-V area. Both can cause improper position of the fetus.

Mommy needs to try to bow down before bed so that the position of the fetus in the womb is fit and feels comfortable. Joining the pregnancy workouts are strongly recommended. If not, performing minor movement is also very helpful as bending the legs 90 degrees when the body is in a sleeping position.
