Many women recognize the pregnancy signs by simply looking at one side, such as menstrual period delay. It is true that one of the pregnancy signs is menstrual period delay. In order to confirm a pregnancy, a pregnancy test should be performed immediately, which may be done at home using a test pack or in the lab with blood test.
