Therapy for Reducing Nausea Symptom during Pregnancy

During the first trimester of pregnancy, Mommy often complains about nausea which may result in lack of appetite. The nausea symptom experienced during pregnancy is a natural thing due to hormonal changes which occur in the body, making Mommy becomes more sensitive to certain food aromas. Nausea and vomiting symptoms will disappear around the second and third trimesters. 

Here are the tips for reducing nausea in early pregnancy :

Consuming foods containing high carbohydrate such as bread and potatoes. Foods which contain vitamin B6 is also anti-nausea. Vitamin B6 is derived from the mushroom, fish, and meat.

Drinking milk may reduce nausea in early pregnancy. Now, there are many choices of milk containing vitamin B6 and protein to help reduce nausea, e.g. PRENAGEN emesis. 

Aromatherapy can also be an option to reduce nausea. A refreshing scent can make Mommy feel relaxed and comfortable.

Ginger is believed to reduce nausea, so Mommy only needs to drink warm water containing ginger around 250-300 grams to reduce nausea in early pregnancy.

Avoid stress and have adequate rest to reduce nausea because fatigue and excessive stress can disrupt the balance of hormones in the body which causes nausea.
