Another option to provide protein intake in infants is to give tofu. Tofu is processed soy products. This food is highly nutritious and has a soft texture so that the baby can digest it easily.

One of the best sources of protein is fish, especially salmon. This fish contains omega 3 fatty acids which are recommended for infants. The content of protein and unsaturated fats in salmon help prevent depression, maintain brain development, and decrease the risk of inflammation.
