There are several options of the best food for the first trimester that Mommy may consume, such as spinach which also contains calcium and iron to support the production of red blood cells in Mommy’s body. Almonds are also the best choice for consumption because of high protein content, also vitamin E and omega 3. Consume more healthy foods during the first two weeks of pregnancy because it will give a very positive effect for the fetus.

Chicken consumption is also the right choice when Mommy is suffering from morning sickness since chicken is believed to reduce nausea when processed into chicken soup. Apparently, chicken also contains iron which is good for the Mommy’s body to maintain hemoglobin levels. Asparagus is also a type of food that is good for Mommy, because these foods contain a lot of vitamin D, which will also reduce the symptoms of morning sickness.

Best Period

The initial period of two weeks of pregnancy is the best time for Mommy to eat a variety of healthy foods, such as okra. These beans contain folic acid which is good for the fetus to prevent congenital deformity and also turned out to have a very good effect for women who have gestational diabetes complaints.

Mommy is also recommended to consume broccoli which is very beneficial to the body because of the high iron content. Consumption of eggs with protein and vitamin D is also good for the fetus, and Mommy can also consume salmon which is rich in omega-3 for fetal development.
