This growth presses mommy’s diaphragm, so mommy will feel a little bit breathless. There is also a burning feeling inside mommy’s chest, it can happen because of the rib is possibly pressed. The position of the baby's head can also be a cause.

Another problem is the swelling of the legs. Varicose veins and others also occur. To overcome this problem, mommy only needs to walk for a moment. By walking, the blood circulation will be smooth and the blood will flow throughout the body.

Braxton Hicks Contractions

Braxton Hicks contractions are often referred to false contractions. It feels like a mild illness. But, if mommy sits, it would normally be gone. These contractions are irregular so do not get fooled with it.

Mommy’s body may also be weak during the 9th month pregnancy. Mommy does not have to worry about these things can disrupt fetal development, since mommy limp conditions are usually caused by anemia. To overcome this, mommy can drink the blood booster supplements so that dizziness and fatigue can be avoided.

Leg Cramps

During the 9th month of pregnancy, mommy will also have leg cramps. This happens due to lack of blood flow to the legs. Cramps in the legs can occur because mommy is usually too lazy to move when the pregnancy is getting bigger.

Increase of Vaginal Fluid Volume

During the 9th month pregnancy vaginal fluid volume also increased. Just because it is quite disturbing, mommy should routinely clean it so that the liquid does not cause irritation and bacteria accumulation.

Uncomfortable Feeling

Mommy’s body will also feel uncomfortable due to changes in the position of the baby in the womb. This occurs when approaching childbirth. The pressure at the bottom of the hip will be difficult for mommy to sit or move.

Itching in the Stomach Area

Naturally, mommy will feel itchy on the abdomen because mommy’s belly skin will stretch. To deal with this, use a special cream that is commonly purchased at the nearest pharmacy. If the itching cannot be reduced after using the cream, immediately consult a physician so that it will not affect the fetal development.
