Besides, for smokers, Mommy has to stop smoking and try not to drink coffee. To become a breastfeeding mother, Mommy must drink a lot of water because it will greatly affect the amount of breast milk production. 

Mommy also needs to relax while breastfeeding. Tension and stress will inhibit milk production. Finally, never give up on breastfeeding and give the formula to the baby. When Mommy is feeling desperate, try to think about the right of the baby for consuming breast milk and the importance of breastfeeding for the growth of the baby. In this case the husband's role is also very important. The husband should always support his wife for breastfeeding.

Food Support

Things that may affect the flow of breast milk is the food consumed by the nursing mothers; in this case Mommy can consume sweet leaves and almonds to increase the milk supply. In addition, Mommy can also take advantages of bitter gourd.

Bitter gourd is famous for its bitter taste. It is certainly not a problem to eat little of bitter foods for the baby’s needs. Bitter gourd is very special because it contains certain nutrition to increase the milk supply within its bitterness. It contains Vitamin K, Lycopene, Phytochemicals, and Antioxidants.

The result is the milk supply becomes abundant and Mommy can quickly make the baby’s stomach full because the milk becomes thicker. The trick is drink a blend of raw bitter melon with water once a day, either in the morning or evening. Mommy can also make a juice by mixing raw bitter gourd, melon and a little water.

If Mommy cannot drink the bitter gourd juice, mommy can make the bitter gourd as vegetables to be cooked, but do not cook for too long. The efficacy of bitter gourd is very powerful.
