During the ups and downs of a marriage, of course there are many things that will be faced by married couples. One is the things is how the couple manage the pregnancy period in order to wait for the birth of the baby. 

Ups and Downs of Pregnancy 

Pregnancy is certainly a joyful moment for married couples because they will have babies soon. It should also be considered that there are a lot of uncomfortable things happened to the woman during the pregnancy period. 

A lot of pregnant women complain about many things, especially in terms of health. Mommy needs to note that the complaint during pregnancy can actually be handled if Mommy knows what solutions that can be used.

How to Deal With Complaints

Early pregnancy complaints that often arise is the nausea and vomiting. Why do pregnant women often have nausea and vomiting? The answer is very simple, it is due to an increase in the hormone hCG in early pregnancy.

The increased hormone produces gastric acid, which can trigger nausea and vomiting as well as other pregnancy disorders. Nausea and vomiting are often accompanied by pain in the gut.

So what can be done to deal with the nausea and vomiting? The first is to decide to wake up slowly in the morning. Drinking hot tea in the morning can also prevent Mommy from having the complaints.

Next, although Mommy is having nausea, Mommy must continue to consume nutritious foods, never forget the importance of food intake, especially during pregnancy. Drink a lot of mineral water and also avoid certain foods that can trigger nausea and vomiting. 

Another complaint which is often experienced by pregnant women is about headache or dizziness. Of course it is a natural thing for all pregnant women that must have experienced the headache problem. Hormonal factors would be the trigger why dizziness and headache appear.

So what are the solutions that can be done to deal with the problem of headache and dizziness? There are many ways that can be done. The first is to reduce Mommy’s daily activities. 

Those activities can certainly be stressful and create more tensions in Mommy’s head. Then look for a place to relax. The objective is to reduce the tension on the head so that the dizziness can be resolved. Eating food with high protein content can certainly be the right solution anyway.

The next complain that often affects pregnant women is varicose veins. The appearance of varicose veins in pregnant women is of course due to the increasing burden of pelvic veins, causing swelling.

To overcome this problem, there are few tips that can be done, such as : having adequate rests,  wearing stockings, avoiding the use of high heels, and consulting a doctor. Taking medicine for pregnant women may be one of the solutions as long as based on the prescription.
