In early pregnancy, nausea and vomiting are often complained by pregnant women. Hormones in the body that increase dramatically trigger the nausea and vomiting which are frequently experienced by Mommy during pregnancy. Folic acid is recommended to be consumed 300 milligrams per day. In addition to preventing nausea and vomiting for pregnant women, folic acid is also good for the development of the brain and the body of the fetus in the womb.
