In early pregnancy, nausea and vomiting are often complained by pregnant women. Hormones in the body that increase dramatically trigger the nausea and vomiting which are frequently experienced by Mommy during pregnancy. The following foods and nutrients which may reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnancy:

  3. Folic acid is good for reducing nausea as well as to the growth of the fetus. According to research in Indonesia, folic acid content can be found in chicken liver, seaweed, and soybeans. Folic acid is recommended to be consumed 300 milligrams per day. In addition to preventing nausea and vomiting for pregnant women, folic acid is also good for the development of the brain and the body of the fetus in the womb.
